Come on Chuck ... It's The Little Things That Define Your Heart

Senator Charles Chuck Schumer still turning his Back on Brutalized Constituent and US Department of Justice Immigration & Naturalization Service Whistleblower to terrorist friendly Corruption and ineptitude.  Is he Covering for Janet Reno's Corrupt and Inept, "Terrorism Friendly" USDOJ INS and his own inaction?

Since April 12, 2001, Caryl's Husband Michael was in touch with a "Maxine" from New York State Senator Charles "Chuck" Schumer's office in New York City.  Maxine phoned Michael at his place of business.  They spoke on April 17th.

Maxine was informed that policies in the US Department of Justice's Immigration and Naturalization Service were placing Americans at risk.  She was informed that former USDOJ INS employee Caryl B. Leventhal attempted to stop the selling of Green Cards (permanent visas) and incomplete processing of visa applications allowing potential terrorists into America.  She was informed of Caryl's brutalization, termination and threats against her by the US Department of Justice's US Attorney's Office if she didn't keep quiet.

  But the September 11, 2001 terrorist murder of over 3,000 Americans caused Schumer and his staff to scurry for cover.  They never contacted Caryl Leventhal again.

Note: After September 11, 2001 terrorism that murders over 3,000 Americans, Caryl's husband Lt. Colonel Michael G. Leventhal will be placed on active duty.  His mission will be to protect the American people from the terrorism brought on by the terrorist friendly actions of the US Department of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service and apathetic elected officials like Senator Chuck Schumer.

Will Chuck ever make an attempt to right a grievous wrong and show himself as a caring and responsive Senator?  Or is grandstanding and covering for Janet Reno's US Department of Justice more important to him than decency?   Caryl Leventhal's brutalization for attempting to battle corruption at the Immigration and Naturalization Service 26 Federal Plaza in New York City occurred during the reign of Janet Reno and the previous Democrat Administration.  Corruption cover-up including threats to Caryl Leventhal's life and US Attorney threats of arrest and prosecution unless www.justice-denied.net was censored, also occurred during the previous administration.  But the Ashcroft Reign doesn't seem any more responsive.

Does this Democrat Senator pay more attention to partisan politics than fighting for a constituent done wrong?  Charles Schumer is on the US Senate Judiciary Committee which is directly involved with matters of US Department of Justice INS abuse. Good government should matter to him.  But it doesn't seem to.

AT LEAST 15 OF THE 19 SEPTEMBER 11th TERRORIST MURDERS SHOULD HAVE HAD THEIR VISAS DENIED
