INS TERRORIST FRIENDLY CORRUPTION

 IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY, CORRUPTION, APATHY, BIGOTRY, SADISM and COVER-UP... Confirmed by Congress

Documented Criminal and "terrorist friendly" Activity at INS 26 Federal Plaza, New York City.  What the USDOJ and US Attorney, Southern District Doesn't Want you to see

Caryl Leventhal was "not one of us."  She was the white, Jewish and physically vulnerable private sector professional who had to be gotten rid of.  She was too "different" to be trusted.  She was a whistleblower to the illegal sale of Greencards and of activities that practically invited criminals and terrorists into America.  In the private sector, Caryl Leventhal's supervisors would have been terminated.  In a well run civil service, they would have been severely reprimanded.  Instead, Caryl Leventhal was allowed to be brutalized.  She was made critically ill and terminated without warning, in spite of presenting medical evidence.  She was denied sick pay and accumulated leave.  Since 1996, the Immigration & Naturalization Service, The US Department of Justice and now the US Attorney has been attempting to shut her up.

When Caryl Leventhal began work at INS she walked into a septic tank of criminal activity.  Her Manager's reply to all suggestions for tighter controls was "Sit down, keep quiet and do your work."

March 1998: Documented "Terrorist Friendly," Criminal Activity at INS 26 Federal Plaza NYC going back to 1995 (when Osama Bin Laden claimed he was developing the plans for the September 11th murder of 3,000 innocent Americans).   One Month later, whistleblower to this activity Caryl B. Leventhal received a death threat from USDOJ INS employees to silence her, because Ms. Leventhal claimed this activity was far more widespread.

After Caryl Leventhal was brutalized, and terminated while critically ill, some 15-20% of her manager's staff was arrested for criminal activity.  During their depositions, Caryl's Managers (Brenda Grant and Agatha Stewart) were confronted with these statistics.

In 1999, Brenda Grant was transferred to USDOJ INS Newark New Jersey, where in December 2003, many employees were placed on trial for the same terrorist friendly corruption that existed during her 25 years at 26 Federal Plaza, NYC.

Agatha Stewart simply shrugged apathetically.  Brenda Grant was then confronted with newspaper articles naming members of her staff in the criminal activity.  The clippings went on to say how this was going on for years.  They spoke of how "deals" were cut and money passed in bathrooms and hallways of INS/USDOJ offices.  Grant proudly proclaimed how these people were given good reviews because "they did their work."
