        The Federal Lawsuit of Caryl Leventhal v. Janet Reno and the US Department of Justice (99CIV.10405 October 04, 1999) is a well documented case of the worst kind of abuse.  This involves attempting to silence a whistleblower to US Department of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service endemic corruption and practices that are virtually inviting terrorists into America.

It was a successful attempt at forcing Ms. Leventhal out, so INS employees could continue the on-site criminal activity Caryl was attempting to stop.  This included the selling of Green cards and processing visa applications without proper background checks.  It was an attempt at replacing her with someone more ethnically akin to the criminals and therefore, more "trustworthy."

  And yet, faced with overwhelming evidence of corruption, brutality and subsequent cover-up Mary Jo White's (Southern District) US Attorney's office has chosen the most craven method of rebuttal.  Through Assistant US Attorney Eric B. Fisher, they have decided to close ranks behind callous depravity and attempt to manipulate the vulnerability of a disabled woman.

    Subjecting a woman disabled with Multiple Sclerosis to from four to five Depositions and make her too sick to continue, would challenge the conscience of almost anyone.  Seeing this woman clutching her Thermos of coffee, fearful of spilling it and asking someone to pour her a cup, would make the most pusillanimous lawyer lower their eyes.  But to the Assistant US Attorney Eric B. Fisher, nothing was more important than selling out to his USDOJ handlers.

    Maybe Eric B. Fisher Esq., has been given his marching orders and has chosen to follow blindly.  The lament "I was just following orders," has been used in the past by abusive agents of authoritarianism.  Possibly Eric B. Fisher has decided that attempting to smash the infirm is his prerequisite for scoring promotion points and eventually securing a position in a pricey law firm. Blind ambition is a strong incentive.  Just possibly, the US Attorney's office and Eric B. Fisher have descended to a level of indecency, where they can't differentiate between an abused woman's documented cry for justice and protecting their bureaucratic status quo.   

  And for placing personal advancement over the lives of innocent Americans, the blood of a looming terrorist menace will be on the hands of the USDOJ, the US Attorney's Office and Eric B. Fisher.

Reference: "Terrorist Friendly," Criminal Activity at INS 26 Federal Plaza NYC going back to 1995 (when Osama Bin Laden claimed he was developing the plans for the September 11th murder of 3,000 innocent Americans).   One Month later, whistleblower to this activity Caryl B. Leventhal received a death threat from USDOJ INS employees to silence her, because Ms. Leventhal claimed this activity was far more widespread.   Two days before trial Ms. Leventhal's attorney receives a personal phone call from the Chief of the US Attorney's Office Criminal Division.  His message is simple: The Leventhal's must censor this website to make it more amenable to the US Department of Justice, or face arrest and prosecution.   Eric B. Fisher, Esq. will keep all of this evidence from testimony.  Eric B. Fisher... an enabler of terrorism and a man with the blood of 3,000 Americans on his hands.                              

  TERRORISM ADDENDUM: After the terrorism of September 11th that took the lives of some 3,000 innocent Americans, Caryl's husband, reserve officer Lt.Colonel Michael G. Leventhal will be placed on active duty. His mission will be to protect Americans from the type of terrorism enabled by the callous, self-serving actions of the USDOJ, INS, US Attorney's Office and Eric B. Fisher, Esq.
